The Beginning
Unleash Business Transformation Services launched its Pro Bono Programme in January 2026, inspired by our experience supporting non-profits through the Catchafire platform. Through that work, we saw firsthand the impact that accessible, high-quality advisory support can have on mission-driven organizations. This sparked a simple but powerful question: why not provide similar support to non-profits in Jamaica? The programme was created to extend our expertise to local organizations, helping them strengthen their operations, improve performance, and expand their impact.
What is this Service
This is a pro bono advisory and consulting support programme, delivered by members of the Unleash Business Transformation Services team. Support may include short-term consulting, structured advice, or targeted capacity-building across areas such as strategy, project management, monitoring and evaluation, analytics, governance, and organizational development. All services are provided at no cost to selected nonprofits.
Eligibility Criteria
This programme is open to:

Jamaica-based nonprofit or charitable organizations

Organizations that are legally registered or actively operating in Jamaica

Nonprofits with a clear mission, defined programs, and a specific challenge or need

Organizations able to designate a point of contact to work with our team

Unleash Verifies and Reviews Information
We will review submissions to verify the accuracy of the information provided and assess alignment with available volunteer expertise.

If your organization is selected, a member of the Unleash team will contact you to discuss next steps, confirm scope, and outline how support may be delivered.
